Textilupcycling für alle ab 10 Jahren – stellt euren eigenen individuellen Rope Coil Basket aus Altkleidung her. 

Der offene Workshop findet im Rahmen des OPEN HOUSE des Kulturorts Depot statt und ist inmitten des f²-Fotofestivals angesiedelt – eine wunderbare Atmosphäre wie ich finde. Komm vorbei und nimm dein ganz eigenes Kunstwerk mit nach Hause.

Für alle Kinder, die in den Sommerferien daheim bleiben bietet die Kinderferienparty eine Unmenge toller Aktivitäten an, die den Sommer trotzdem unvergesslich machen – und das alles gratis für die Teilnehmenden!

Da ich selbst regelmäßig dort zu Gast war, freue ich mich umso mehr jetzt als Teil des Programms dabei sein zu können. Also kommt vorbei und ich zeige euch, wie vielseitig Fahrradschlauch sein und was man alles daraus machen kann. Und ihr geht am Ende mit einem einzigartigen Portemonnaie oder Schlüsselanhänger heim!

I’ll also be bringing some of my own designs for you to shop if you are interested. There will be all kinds of interesting projects to see that day and I’m looking forward to seeing you there!

Ein nachhaltiges Sommerfestival von der Nachbarschaft für die Nachbarschaft! 

Nach vielen Monaten der Planung präsentiert das Unionviertel Dortmund nun das TrashUp! Sommerfestival voller spaßiger Mitmachangebote, interessanter Panels, leckerem Essen, guter Musik, Kunst zum Bewundern und vielem mehr – hier finden alle etwas nach ihrem Geschmack. 

Natürlich bin ich auch wieder mit einem Upcycling-Workshop am Start. Während wir mitreißenden Melodien lauschen oder von Vorträgen lernen, stellen wir ganz einzigartige Accessoires aus Fahrradschlauch her. Klingt das nicht nach einem wunderbaren Ambiente?

Two weeks of sustainable thought experiments in Gelsenkirchen and my workshops right in the middle. Open bicycle tube upcycling for everyone! 

The Biennial of Urban Landscape offers a space for collaborative activism for more susatainable communities, a factory of ideas connected with people who could just make them happen. Two weeks full of activities for young and old that you don’t want to miss. 

Bicycle Tube Upcycling Workshops are on the Weekend of Diversity to start the biennial right. Come and say hi!

Join us in creating beautiful packages from old magazines, normal paper packaging you throw away at home and even loo rolls. With different techniques, these household materials transform into fancy and personalized gift boxes. And it’s super environmentally friendly!

For three weeks the Sparkasse bank in Gelsenkirchen Schalke is exhibiting upcycling artworks that local kindergarten kids created with my help. The vernissage is on the February 27th at 10:00. The exhibition is accessible during the regular opening times.
